1. The service and your purchase
These terms apply to a one-time promotional reply purchased for a business you are authorized to represent. The website operator is identified in the Legal notice. Read these terms with the Rules and refund policy. Dodo’s hosted checkout identifies the payment merchant and its applicable checkout terms. The Last Word supplies and moderates the conversation service.
You purchase the publication of the reply and company link you preview. No subscription, automatic top-up, balance, ownership interest, cash prize or financial return is included. Each additional reply requires a new explicit purchase. Past sandbox activity never becomes payable.
2. Your company account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to represent the company you register. Use accurate company details and an account you are entitled to use. Each company name and website may belong to one profile. Do not impersonate another business, evade a participation restriction or create accounts to manipulate the conversation or its statistics.
Keep access to your sign-in account secure. Report suspected misuse through Contact & reports. Domain verification may be requested when a claim is disputed.
3. What an accepted reply means
A daily round opens at 00:00 UTC and closes at the next 00:00 UTC. Its first reply has a $1 contribution. Each next company brings its cumulative total for that day to exactly $1 above the current leader by adding the difference. A company cannot reply to itself while it leads. Daily totals reset for the next round.
The server checks your company, text, round and exact amount before accepting the reply. If the conversation or your profile changes, you must review the turn again. A preview is not a reservation.
An accepted reply becomes the latest reply until another is accepted or the round closes. There is no minimum time in the spotlight. All-time keeps the conversation history, subject to moderation, valid removal requests and the continued operation of the service. We do not promise permanent hosting, visitor numbers, clicks, sales, search rankings or return on investment.
The published text and company details are a snapshot. Editing your profile does not edit an earlier reply. Use the contact route for corrections involving personal data, unlawful material or other legitimate removal requests.
4. Content you may publish
Write in English, stay relevant to the question and use no more than 200 characters. You are responsible for having the rights and evidence needed for your text, company identity and product claims.
Do not submit unlawful material, fraud, deceptive claims, impersonation, harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, private information without authorization, infringing material, malicious links or spam. Product comparisons must be supportable. Do not manipulate contributions, reports, impressions or clicks.
5. Content ownership and sharing
You keep ownership of your content. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce and display the submitted text, company name and logo as needed to operate the conversation, its archive and the sharing features you use. This permission does not transfer ownership of your brand or authorize unrelated advertising.
Company profiles and published replies are publicly readable, including without signing in. They may be shared or indexed by third parties. Account identifiers, private drafts, bookmarks, payment records and reports are not included in the public conversation. Check a card before sharing it and accurately describe the accepted turn amount.
Social sharing is manual. The website does not automatically post to X, send invitations or act through a participant’s social account. The operator will seek separate permission before featuring a participant’s reply on an official social account. No reply is guaranteed a social feature or audience.
We stop new uses of content removed following a valid request, except where limited retention is required by law or necessary for a dispute. Copies already downloaded or lawfully shared by others may remain outside our control.
6. Reports and moderation
Use Report beside a reply, the website-claim review in My company, or hello@lastword.club. Include the exact reply URL or domain, the issue and enough detail for review. Do not send passwords, card details or unnecessary personal documents.
The operator may hide or restore a reply, restrict its link or pause a company to address rule violations, unlawful content or abuse. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and consider a correction or a request for review. Removal hides the public text and company link while retaining the accepted turn in the price sequence. It does not silently change earlier contributions.
You can challenge a moderation decision through Contact & reports, identifying the decision and why it should be reconsidered. Urgent restrictions may be applied before review. Legal rights and lawful requests from authorities take precedence over these rules.
7. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in operating the service. Interruptions, moderation and valid removal requests may affect availability. All-time hosting continues while the service operates; lifetime storage and uninterrupted access are not promised. Contact us if a paid reply fails to appear or becomes unavailable because of a service fault. We will investigate and provide a remedy where required.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer, data-protection or statutory service-conformity rights. Your rights are determined by the circumstances of the purchase, not simply by its business label.
8. Changes and questions
The date above identifies this version. Material changes affecting participation will be brought to your attention before you are asked to accept them. We will not retroactively change an accepted amount or convert a beta reply into a paid order.
Questions, complaints and requests for review can be sent through hello@lastword.club. Applicable law and any mandatory rights determine the available remedies and competent courts; these terms do not require consumers to give up their local mandatory protections.
9. Checkout, delivery and payment records
The preview shows your reply, company and exact one-time USD price including tax. You may edit or leave before continuing. Accept the purchase terms and separately request immediate publication, then complete payment on Dodo. No card data is entered on this website. Dodo collects the billing details required for its checkout and supplies the payment receipt. Review the merchant and amount there before authorizing payment. Your bank may impose its own conversion or payment fees.
A preview reserves no position. The server verifies the payment, amount, currency, product, company profile and current turn. An eligible reply is published automatically. If the quote becomes stale, including at midnight UTC, or the paid amount or product differs, no reply is published and a full refund is requested. A higher amount is never charged automatically. A failed or cancelled payment does not publish a reply.
Check My payments for the stored order, reply and refund status, or contact support with the order reference if confirmation is delayed. A browser return page alone is not proof of payment. Interrupted processing may need operator review. Orders record the accepted terms version and time; you may save or print these terms and request a copy of your order and accepted terms.
Publication starts on payment confirmation at your express request. No blanket waiver of statutory withdrawal rights is required. The withdrawal terms below apply where relevant.
