Report a reply or a company claim
Signed-in participants can use Report beside a reply or My company → Website already claimed? to submit a report to the operator. For a legal notice or a report without an account, use the contact email once provided above.
Include the exact reply URL or company domain, a clear description of the problem and relevant evidence. For an allegation of unlawful content, explain why you believe it is unlawful and provide contact details for follow-up, unless a legal exception permits an anonymous report. Submit information in good faith and avoid unnecessary sensitive data.
Ask for a review
If your reply was hidden or your company was paused, identify the reply or company and explain what should be corrected or reconsidered. Reports are reviewed by the operator. A request does not automatically remove content, transfer a domain or restore an account.
Privacy and payment questions
For a privacy request, describe the account or information concerned and the right you want to exercise. For a payment question, use an order or receipt reference, if one exists. Never send account passwords, full card details or security codes.
