Payment and delivery
Your one-time USD payment, including tax, buys one promotional reply and company link. Another reply may displace it immediately. No minimum exposure time, traffic, clicks, sales or return is promised. No recurring charge is authorized.
The quoted turn is checked after payment. If another company replies first, the UTC day changes, your company profile changes or the amount/product is wrong, we do not publish and request a full refund through Dodo. No additional amount is collected automatically.
Refunds and payment errors
A requested refund is not a completed refund. My payments shows the latest confirmation received from Dodo; the time until funds appear depends on the provider and payment method. Ambiguous or failed refunds need operator review. Contact hello@lastword.club with your order reference if a payment, delivery or refund needs checking. Never send full card details or security codes.
Verified duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, undelivered replies and service faults are investigated and remedied as required. Refunds are processed through the original provider and payment method where available. A completed refund removes the promotion and link; the historical turn remains in the price sequence. A partial refund or dispute may pause the promotion while reviewed.
After a reply is delivered
For business purchases, losing the spotlight, receiving fewer clicks than hoped or changing your marketing plans does not by itself entitle you to a refund after correct delivery. This does not limit remedies for a service fault, misdescription, non-delivery or any mandatory legal right. Moderation decisions can be challenged through Contact & reports; we assess any associated payment remedy on its facts.
Withdrawal and mandatory rights
If you qualify as a consumer with a distance-contract withdrawal right, you may notify us within 14 calendar days after the contract is concluded. Contact hello@lastword.club or the operator’s postal address in the Legal notice with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, your name, order reference and order date. You can use the model below or any unambiguous statement. Sending notice before the deadline is sufficient.
We do not treat publication as an automatic loss of withdrawal rights. When such a right applies, our policy is to refund the full purchase price following a valid, timely withdrawal, including where you requested immediate publication. The promotion will be removed. We arrange reimbursement without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a withdrawal fee.
Model notice: “To the operator of The Last Word: I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following promotional reply. Order reference: … Order date: … Customer name and address: … Date: … Signature (only for a paper notice): …”.
Mandatory rights for unauthorized payments, non-delivery, defective service, data protection and other applicable protections remain available.
